Great Western Park Residents association asked for a map to be created as both a useful representation of the development (which currently doesn’t feature on local maps) and a way of bringing together contributions from children in the community. The children’s colourful and creative designs reflect the diversity and richness of this new community.
The drawings used within the map were created at summer holiday activity days organised by ‘Churches together in Didcot’ and the GWPRA.
Maps are available for sale at Boundary Park Pavilion and from the GWP residents association. Proceeds from their sale will be used by the GWPRA for community events.
